I’m sure that we have all cringed with embarrassment at some of the advertisements on TV for all sorts of hygiene and toilet products. The very latest to hit our screens is this one called V. I. Poo which is supposed to mask nasty toilet smells and it is a genuine product that you can buy.



But the best one yet must be this full length advert for another genuine product called PooPourri, truly cringe worthy and hilarious

The previous occupant has usually never even bothered to flush, so why would I extend any "extra" courtesy ?

I find the adverts totally cringeworthy. I had however, heard of the products a long time before the tv campaigns. The product has given many people with certain medical conditions the confidence to leave their homes and not worry about the particular problem of excessive odour.
I think that as everyday products they are over rated and over priced, but you can't put a price on an individuals comfort in society.

But who cares ? even if you have to hold the door open for the next person to let them in on your way out, chances are you are never going to see them again.

I usually advise people when in that situation, to give that stall a wide berth for 10 mins, and be totally honest....

They are real adverts then? On British TV?

Yes they are Carrie, but shortened quite considerably to about 30 seconds worth.

The first one V.I. Poo is on UK TV and in the form and length of the first video link, I have not as yet seen any UK advertising for the second product i.e. PooPourri, but it wont be long I'm sure.

Well, sorry to say, I must like toilet humor, I had to giggle, especially at the older guy that asked was that shitrus that he could smell.

We've been getting the first one Downunder for a few weeks now, and I've seen the product in a store.
