Well I have planted my beetroot, carrot, turnip and parsley seeds and after just a week they are up and have got four leaves on each. Really chuffed first time my seeds have germinated. Doesn't take much to please me.

My beetroot, radishes and carrots did well a few years back, then I discovered that you could by them here. My friend brought me a splendid gift back earlier on in the year from Germany, a large turnip [which are difficult to grow here soil wise] gave me my favorite mix, mashed carrots and turnip. The best of luck with your horticultural endeavors.

All you need is 1 x Haggis & tatties.....

Or an Egyptian Man, they always say they love sowing seeds. Given the cream they are always asking for.
