Thank you.

There were between 15 and 100 snowflakes fall outside my window at least three times today. That is as much snow as I want to see. x:roll:

We went up into the Troodos yesterday, about 5" of snow, many of the roads were closed to vehicles that were not 4x4 or did not have chains. Lovely to see though after almost 10 years of not seeing snowflakes or snow covered fir trees. The skiers will be arriving soon.

I would like to bestow the virtue of snowflakes, seeing millions and billions of them as you draw back the curtains :a56: , all falling over the UK and Europe, hampering traffic, making shopping trips for much needed food supplies nigh on impossible, the cancellation of trains and planes, the total disruption of folks lives, no newspapers, having to dig your way out of the house towards the roads and just as you complete the cold task, the whole frigging roof lets off its load, leaving the pathways even deeper in the stuff. Trampling all the dirty slush onto the new laminated floors only to discover they are not that water repellant, having to put up with crazy cats and dogs as they can't understand why they can't go out for a **** and crap, having to keep caged in kids contented while the schools are closed, loosing control over the breakfast TV with Jeremy Kyle while they want to watch the crap you hate. :a55: Why this attitude? Because now I have at least a short term tad of satisfaction towards all the twots that continually call us expats fit to burn on various subject matter for living here in the laps of the gods. :vc:

Well its not so bad here either Dusak, a gorgeous bright sunny day ideal for a nice stroll, park up at the old church and head off along the canal and admire the wonderful English countryside. Best of all finish up at a nice pub for a Cappuccino to warm me up prior to tucking into a few chips and a couple of off the bone Wiltshire Ham & Mustard sandwiches, shame they had run out of the Granary bread. Mind you supping my pint of Marston's Pedigree ale in front of a roaring fire afterwards made up for it. ;)

Lovely photos Horus :D :D We had a very light fall a couple of times (in France) which didn't settle for more than an hour but it was nice to see after so many years without any. Going to UK for Xmas but unlikely to see any there. Maybe get some in January?

Yes it was rather tasty, lovely thick slices of ham, shame they had run out of the usual Granary bread, never mind I will just have to call in again in the New Year ;)
