The Museum of Scotland has caused a bit of a stramash by planning to put on display a limestone casing stone from the Great Pyramid.

No need to worry though, as according to the twat in the hat the block couldn't have come from the Great Pyramid, because the "outer layer of the pyramid was made of granite". Also, "the only remaining casing from the Giza pyramids is found at the top of the Khafre pyramid and the lower part of the Menkaure pyramid".

Should somebody maybe inform him that there's a whole bunch of original casing stones left at the base of the Great Pyramid?
And that they're made from limestone?
What a pillock.
