Powdered Egg ?

I know this sounds strange, but I make my own fly bait.
I used to use South African red-top fly traps £7.50 each, Now I have tried many formulas, even using my own waste products, which ended upon Aida when the bag split! lol......

Now on the USA patents web site is some fascinating information, So I am looking for powdered egg, Iv'e tried most of our supermarkets, but knowing me I might have missed it.

If anyone spots it please let me know, my latest batch of bait seems very good,
Ps: I'm not using any of my bodily excretions, this time, well not just yet, as Aida is still recovering from the shock!

I love killing flies and my pal Klaus picked up quite a few in Cairo (fly traps) which seem to work quite well with my own bait.
Nb: 'Did you know yellow attracts flies ? It say's a lot about my sand colored walls... 8)

Ps: "Two flies sitting on dog sh*t. One farts. The other says "Do you mind? I'm eating my dinner!"
Pss: I just got reprimanded on FB for calling Elton John an English Cigarette, 'f***** septics all fags!

They don't come into the house, I have cats that like catching them the odd mozzie but I'm immune,
I spray around a bit when guests descend upon me, It's the beer I reckon that deters them.... 8)

I fear that there are more flies in the world than you can fit into that trap, are you not just attracting them in from everywhere else?

I bought some sticky fly catchers when in Thailand, about 100Le each. They are brilliant, stand them on any flat surface. or hang them. They give off a pong that attracts fly's, so there are many hundreds stuck to the first one after four weeks. This is outside where I sit, very rarely do I get one inside. The down side is that the wriggling little ******'s attract the jumping spiders, they too get stuck, which is a shame as I like spiders. Collateral damage.

Tuesday tomorrow ! the weekly drinking session with my two restaurateur pals.
So, cleaning looked up at my salon roof, it's beamed all very fashionable in English country cottages.
Covered in spiders webs & homes. Out with my useless hoover to suck them all up.
If only I could buy a George or a Henry...even a Betty...

Only to realise Why!...... 'I don't have many flies or mozzies in my house, 'spiders & spiders' webs. qed!

Oh! well I'll repeat the operation in 6 months time.... 8)
Ps: Added some dry doggie chews to the new fly bait, why not ? 'nothing ventured nothing...

During my observations of life on earth, it does often amaze me how people separate themselves from each other by forming groups and then fighting over differences. Mods versus rockers proves my case, they will even fight over which genre of music they follow..

I remember the Mod revival in 1979, thankfully it didnt last long. If the guy in my art class were to have played Green Onions one more time, I swear I was going to ram his cassette player up his backside, once I had removed his fishtail parker coat from his back.

I got put off those pesky little vespa's after my mate gave me a lift and promptly crashed at the end of the lane.
Pesky vespa ? Vespa is italian for wasp. QED... 8)

My Old man had a Lambretta, he didnt own it long, given his driving ability, he probably wrote it off. Now when I say Ability, he was a perfectly good driver, but his temper used to get the better of him, and therein is where the accidents would occur..

Best time was when he got out of the car to teach the guy who had just cut him off a lesson, and my old man ripped off his ariel and drove off.

After we got home, I answered the door to the same 2 people who were in that car, they showed me thier identification before asking to see my dad... Cardiff CID of all people...

I once got a swift clip round the ear because my dad had got riled by another driver, All I said was
"You are a good driver arent you Dad" ? Followed by said hand on the side of the face.... He thought I was being sarcastic......... :tk

.

I was ! 8)

Sorry to p**s on your parade Who2, but a George painting edger has been out longer than you have lived. It was originally invented donkeys years ago to use while edging in the paint around Georgian windows to prevent paint getting onto the glass, hence the name George. it was first made out of a piece of curve thin wood, but later evolved into a thin flexible one made of tin. My old man was a painter and decorator after the war, he had several of these handy tools.

Are you sure that people were calling you a Tosher?
Reminds me of the boxer Chris Eubank, once after a match on the TV he turned to the commentator and said the crowd was behind me all the way, I could here them shouting "Eubanker, Eubanker" :D
