I assume you mean from the UK. The only direct flight is run by Egyptair. It only flies Mondays from Heathrow but is seasonal. You would have to check the Egyptair website for more specific details.
An altenative is Easyjet to Hurghada.

Thank you for your replies, yes I did mean from uk, I will look at flights on Mondays with Egypt air. I have been via Cairo several times but was trying to avoid it.
Turkish Airlines have a new route from the end of September, Istanbul to Luxor direct several times a week. They have connecting flights from 4 or 5 U.K.airports to Istanbul.

It seems that Egyptair have now postponed the direct flights to Monday 26 October. They will, no doubt, probably be postponed again. Will I ever be able to get back to home?
