I was lucky enough to see that exhibition back in 1971, I even still have first day edition stamps.
I inherited my Dad's stamp collection and added to it over the years. May seem a bit Anorak, but it is amazing what you can learn from a stamp album that was started back in the 1940's.. Stanley Gibbons..
Anyway, I like the bit of the article where Tutmania swept the world .
"there were calls for the extension of the London Underground’s Northern Line that linked Tooting and Camden Town to be named Tutancamden". Can you Adam and Eve it .. ?
