It's amazing what one can watch at 0230am in another lockdown..
One I've never seen, 50 egyptian people in a police 'sweatbox, I've been in a couple but never with 50 people.

Quite an amazing film just after the Morsi debacle, with subtitles
'Check it out.... 8)

Ps: Director Mohamed Diab received a message from actor Tom Hanks thanking him for the movie. Hanks said "that the film should change the way the West looks at democracy and politics in the Middle East.

Pss: Quote: The movie has a clear message. Civil wars are unnecessary and people of the same nationality should not come to such games. One of the most powerful movies I've been watching lately. This film contains beautiful messages and is extremely realistic. You should give this movie a chance.

So, when you see those 8 meter blue wagons passing by,
with a soldier or policeman at the back door trying to breath some air....
Spare a thought for the inmates, it's the same here except they are white run by G4 or Serco.
Give them a wave as they pass by as they won't be seeing many more. Just a thought!
'make someone's day. ...after all one never knows, it could be You, oneday.... 8)

Who can fail to remember the 37 Islamist detainees suffocated in the back of a police truck in 2013.

I don’t recall anyone being held to account .

A story..Once upon a time...
I was in Pentonville checking it's architecture.

A story soon erupted around our hotel.
A sweat-box taking guests out for a charabanc one morning, when a frustrated 'inmate punched the roof.
Up popped 10 emergency roof hatches, right in the Caledonian Road less than 50 yards from our reception.

Obviously the majority of 'guests ran off leaving a couple of guys laughing and shouting from the van's roof,
as the 'villes' guards chased all over the place trying to catch them.

It was all over the 'red-tops the next day.. 8)
