It's a nice boat, when I knew it's Captain I used to help him clean it.
Wearing one of Kents' hats and reading his large collection of onboard library books..shush....
Ps: 'How much ?

Re: Antique boat for sale. The Kingfisher
I remember Dr Weeks spent what was then a fortune on the boat, which in truth was not worth a light, then he went on to pay a further fortune in restoring it to its former past. He and his wife loved the boat. Of course when she died, a very 'dark cloud' fell upon that boat, that has never been resolved, and perhaps now never will.
Dr Weeks left Egypt quite some time ago now, but I remember him saying that he wanted five times what he bought the thing for, and I know the original price he paid. The present owner has had it for approx ten years, so,............I think its price would be higher than what either I or the Present Dr here would want to hand over.
Having said that,......I hear there are still mugs who arrive in Egypt with suitcases full of cash.
