Egypt said on Wednesday that it has requested discussions with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) about a new programme that "possibly includes additional financing" to support the country's plans for comprehensive economic reforms.

Maybe, this time round, the IMF will clarify that “ comprehensive economic reforms” do not include F15 fighters or new cities in the desert.

Does anybody actually live in the 'new' city yet? I don't hear much about it or does anyone fly into the new Giza Sphinx airport?
