Perhaps there are forces within the tombs or it could be that the air quality is poor due to them being enclosed spaces and what with the volume of people going in and out but who knows? I sometimes have strange feelings when in tombs so it would be interesting to see what others think

Ancient Egypt has a force all it's own, I have seen people collapse due to it, walking round the Egyptian rooms of the British Museum can be as draining for some as a walk down Oxford St, for other it is energizing, it seems to be aligned to ones own mental address.
Of course many 'thick skinned' people feel nothing at all, ladies are naturally more sensitive then men, practice makes perfect.

One is supposed to drink a lot of water when about to enter the extremely hot airless tombs. It helps one from becoming dehydrated, which manifest as feeling sick and dizzy with wobbly legs.

Very true Mrs.D. Drinking water also raises the blood pressure and this helps to overcome these symptoms as my consultant has informed me

That was the first thought that fell into mind with me as well, but why then, do i shake in siptah and not in tutmoses third, which is more crowded, hot and damp?

As they said in Starwars, " Can you feel the Force, can you?"

A study into electro magnetism and personnel sensitivity will reveal much.
When people say you can 'cut the atmosphere with a knife' that is at the coarser end of its' spectrum.
A good Dowser only needs to use his hands.

This may surprise some people, like Andrew and PR, but although I don't find an energy source in the tombs - they to me are as dead as the persons they once contained, I do find something akin to energies in some parts of the temples - Habu and Luxor temple in particular. I have friends here who have plotted ley lines, and where I now live, there is one particular spot where two cross (apparently). I've stood on that spot, and felt decidedly odd - in fact my friends thought I was about to fall over! And I hadn't had a drop to drink either!
I do find that being back on the West Bank seems to be renewing something within me - can't quite put my finger on it yet, but I will eventually.

Me too. in Habu...not in Luxor t., but i guess that is because I have just been there when it was very crowded...

A strange thing happened to me today, along these lines.
Went with a friend to the tombs of El-Khokha. In the tomb of Neferronpet, there is a short passageway into a second chamber, reputed to belong to someone else. When we got inside this chamber, she said she felt very uneasy, very strange - light headed almost. I have to admit that I did feel a similar feeling - certainly light-headed. Really weird, as once out of the chamber, the feeling disappeared. It did not appear to be at any different temperature or humidity than the other chamber. Perhaps it is also interesting that the guardian didn't come into that part, although he hung around us in the main part of the tomb.

Maybe you are getting more in touch with your senses now that you are back on the West Bank side Stan.
That was a new tomb to us, looked it up & it looks amazing, wonder why we've never been there. Is it more accessible now that the clearance has started?

It is in the Kokha area - just off the main road after you've passed the Ramesseum. The ticket is for 2 tombs, and I think it still costs 12LE from the main ticket office.

We may have to rig you up with a divining stick Stan!
I know an old Italian man, who does divining for a living. He divines Leylines, and energy spots in peoples homes.
Uses copper wiring devices to ground energy.
