On the left is a star and beneath it is an interdimensional portal. On the right is a landing craft, complete with communication antennae and retractable landing gear.
So the full translation is "alien beings from beyond the stars landed here".

Oddly enough Farley Flavours that is more or less what I was told, but the lines that you say were antennae and landing gear actually are indicators of direction.
Though the right image does somewhat resemble the Great Pyramid and those 2 shafts form the Kings Chamber.
This is carved into a monument on Meol Famaue, which sits on a Ley line that runs from Oxford and terminates in Castletown on the Isle of Man.
Trying to figure out its metaphoric meaning is proving somewhat more difficult for me. And who carved it and why ?
I regularly used to visit that place, though not as much these days in the last 4 or 5 years.
my First time was on the 7/7/1977 when I was invited to attend the lighting of a beacon to celebrate the Queens silver jubilee.
