So, Sod that it take 5 hrs..
Dugun Çorbasi Luxor style:
Strain all old soups and spag boll jars from fridge or even freezer.
Water plus stock cube [for the hardy]
any old wine dregs and 1/2 can flat miester beer. [ps: it must be flat]
Fresh grated carrot.
Fresh grated Onion
A few whacks and thrust with those grinders and herbs.
Low low heat 3 hrs ish...
Have a swim decide on a film and in a few hours bung in some butter it will be the 'doggies-testicles, served with Attars' warmed fresh onion bread a tumbler of rough red obelisk......enjoy! 'shame no spring onions....
